These terms apply to this website and to any request for an offer you make through it. The site is operated by Paragon Builds LLC, an Iowa company doing business as Anyplace Offers. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
Anyplace Offers is a private buyer of houses in Iowa. This site lets a property owner ask us for a cash offer. Anyplace Offers is not a lender and is not a financial or legal adviser, and cannot provide legal or financial advice.
Requesting an offer
- Submitting the form is a request for an offer. It is not an offer by us to buy, and it is not a contract of any kind.
- Any offer we make is made separately, in writing. A sale happens only if both parties sign a written purchase agreement, and that agreement alone governs the sale.
- Requesting an offer carries no obligation. You may decline any offer, and we may decline to make one.

The text, design and images on this site belong to Paragon Builds LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in deciding whether to work with us, but you may not otherwise copy or reuse them without our written permission. Anyplace Offers and its logo are trade names and marks of Paragon Builds LLC.
