Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
This policy explains what Anyplace Offers collects when you visit this website or request an offer, what it is used for, and the choices you have. Anyplace Offers is a trade name of Paragon Builds LLC, an Iowa company. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Paragon Builds LLC.
Information you give us
When you request an offer through the form on this site, we ask for:
- The address of the property.
- Your name and phone number.
- Your email address, if you choose to give it. This field is optional.
As you type the property address, the text you have typed so far is sent to Google's address lookup service so we can suggest a complete address. If you choose one of the suggestions, we store the standardized street, city, county, state and postal code, the map coordinates, and Google's identifier for that place, so the address we call you about is the one you meant.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, we also record:
- The date and time of your request.
- An approximate location (country, state and city) derived from your internet connection by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address in the lead record.
- The type of browser and device you used.
- How you found us: a postcard code and that card's reference if you scanned one of our mailers, and any campaign tags, click identifiers or referring website attached to the link you followed.
If you scan one of our postcards
Each postcard we mail has its own QR code. Scanning it takes you through our mail provider, which tells us that the code on that particular card was scanned and from what kind of device, and we note that on our record of the property the card was mailed about. On this site we also record the scan, even if you never submit the form: the mailing it belongs to, the date and time, an approximate location (country, state, city and postal code) derived from your internet connection by Cloudflare, and the type of browser and device. We do not store your IP address.
The link also carries a reference unique to that card: a random string that means nothing on its own. We keep it in the cookies described below, and if you then send us a request, we use it to connect your request to the postcard we sent, so we know which letter you are answering. If someone else scanned a card that was mailed to you, their request is connected to that card too, and a person on our team reviews every request before acting on it.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies. None of them contain your name, phone number or address.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site and the offer form work without them.
Analytics and session recordings
We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how people use this site: which pages are viewed, which buttons are used, and where visitors give up. PostHog may record a replay of your visit to help us find problems with the page. In those recordings every field of the offer form is masked: your name, phone number, email address and property address are never captured. Analytics receives only the general shape of a request, such as the county and postal code of the property and whether an email address was provided.
PostHog processes this data on servers in the United States. Its own privacy policy is available atposthog.com/privacy.
How we use your information
- To review the property and contact you about a cash offer, which is the reason you gave it to us.
- To reach you by phone, text message or email about your request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages.
- To understand which mailings and advertisements bring homeowners to us.
- To keep the site secure and prevent automated abuse of the form.
- To keep records we need for our business and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Your information is handled by a small number of service providers who act on our instructions:
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores your request, and screens submissions for abuse.
- Google provides the address suggestions as you type.
- PostHog provides analytics, with the masking described above.
- Our own internal system for managing property leads, and an email notification to our team when a request arrives.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep the record of your request for as long as we are working with you on the property and for as long as we need it for our business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- You can ask us to stop sending you mail. Call or email us with the name and address printed on the postcard and we will take you off our mailing list.
- You can use your browser settings to block cookies, including the analytics cookies.
To make any of these requests, email info@anyplaceoffers.com or call(515) 777-6879. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request about your information.
Children
This site is for property owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated policy.
